Premium Water-Based Release Agent
Kylint KK-1 is a next-generation, environmentally friendly water-based release agent engineered for complex prestressed components and tunnel segments. It delivers release performance on par with oil-based agents, with a superior surface finish.
Uses
Premium-grade release agent for high-specification precast — prestressed PC components, subway tunnel segments, architectural panels and large-format precast. Suitable for timber, steel, fibreglass and composite moulds.

How To Use
Dilute with clean tap water at 1:3 to 1:7 (product : water).
Run a small trial to confirm the optimal ratio.
Apply by low-pressure mist sprayer (preferred) or roller.
Lightly wipe to a uniform film.
Allow the film to dry to a continuous, non-tacky layer.
Cast within the same shift.
