KY-505
Oil-Based Low VOC Form Release Agent
Kylint KY-505 is a low-VOC, oil-based formwork release agent developed for precast concrete production. It delivers clean release and a fair-faced, defect-free finish — overcoming the powder residue and mould wear common to water-based agents, while protecting both the cast element and the mould.
Uses
Form release agent for precast concrete production and construction sites. Suitable for steel or timber formwork, and well suited to automated, high-volume precast lines.

How To Use
Ensure formwork is clean and dry.
Apply by brush, roller or mist spray.
Apply a thin, uniform film.
Avoid over-application.
Allow 30–60 minutes before concrete placement.
Below 15°C, allow 3–6 hours before casting.
